Mermaid's Sanctuary

Sweet, Fantastical Romance!
This review is from: The Mermaid's Sanctuary (The Hunter's Series) (Kindle Edition)
Though this is not the first amazing book I have read from this author, it is the first mermaid story I have ever read, and I have to say, I loved it! The flow was perfect and pulled me in immediately. The romance between Princess Seah and Keagan was sweet, sensual, and although they are paranormal characters, their relationship felt realistic. I most definitely want to read more about these Hot Hunters!

Her Last Request

Great Story, Angels, romance, tears and some "hot and steamy"mixed in
This review is from: Her Last Request (Angel Stories) (Kindle Edition)
This is one of the best Angel stories I've read and can't wait for the next in the series. It had me crying, laughing, fanning myself and saying aww isn't that sweet.

It's a fast paced easy read, and of course all of the angels are gorgeous. The way the author describes each one makes them easy to visualize, yet she leaves enough open so that you can fill in the gaps.

What a wonderful read!

Emotional
SPOILERS!!! Ms. Daye knows how to write an emotional scene. At one point in the story, the main characters grandmother dies and all the emotions she put into that scene I felt. At the end there is another heartfelt scene as Samantha commits herself to her Angel and it was nicely written. I like books that give me an emotional response.

Mistaken for a Call Girl

Vampir-erotic
This review is from: Mistaken for a Call Girl (Kindle Edition)
This is a quick, sexy read. A job interview gone wrong...or completely right! I will be checking out more from this author.

Loved it!
This review is from: Mistaken for a Call Girl (Kindle Edition)
I really enjoyed this short erotic read. It had just the right amount of intensity and the sex scenes were sexy. Definitely worth the $!

Butterfly

Sweet Read
This review is from: Butterfly (Kindle Edition)
This book was a very enjoyable read. The story pulled you in and did not let go. My first book from this author and will not be my last.

Breeders

The book Breeders by Charlie Daye was not what I expected.
This review is from: Breeders (Kindle Edition)
I love reading science fiction, especially when it involves the love between a "human" woman and a male with special powers or a hunky alien from outer space. In this case it was a story about one very special hunky male and other males with special powers to attract women in order to repopulate their population. What I really liked about this book was the male introduced in Las Vegas was not the male that became part of the woman's life. At the end of the book the author stated she did not know if she would turn this book into a series. I would be disappointed if she didn't. You have extremely good looking males with different personalities and different powers - it just screams series. I am a big fan of the series New Species and I feel this story has that same potential. Not only would I like to see the other "good" men with different powers and different personalities have a story, but I would like Tustin, Azis's father, to have a relationship since the female that was Azis's mother wanted nothing to do with Tustin, making him extremely sad, never to try another relationship. I would also like to see Ripon, the "bad guy" in the story to meet a really strong woman and develop a relationship. This story was a quick read, had some great, I mean great sex in it! Charlie Dayle, please don't let this series end, and if you do, please allow another author to finish the series. There are so many possibilities, so many places the series can go. I would buy everyone.

another out of this world novel
This review is from: Breeders (Kindle Edition)
Okay, Charlie Daye has done it again. Another book where I could NOT put it down. I loved Breeders from start to finish. The story of Sicily, Ripon and Azis, a paranormal romance triangle, who could ask for more? Sicily meets Ripon who uses his powers to make sure she is impregnated (he tricks her with his powers)so he can help keep his Breeder Colony populated. She finds out she is pregnant and made a decision that led to her meeting Azis. One thing leads to another and the two men fight over Sicily and her baby. The story that Charlie weaves is smooth and flawless...I believe, I need a man like Azis in my life...I have read everyone of her books and can't wait to read the next one. I hope that Charlie decides to continue with the Breeder books. So many stories that could be told with all of the Breeder men. Thank you Charlie Daye for another great read!!!!!

The House

InD'Tale Magazine says,  "The House is a delightful romp through all the emotions one hopes to feel while reading a novel."

Awesome New Author Who Knows How To Keep You Reading!!!!
This book is amazing! Edge of your seat type of material. Charlie Daye is a new author on the scene but she definitely keeps her readers coming back for more. I could not put the book down. If you like suspense thrillers the likes of Koontz, Evanovich, Cornwell & Kelllerman...this newbie is right up your alley. I can't wait for her next one!!!

Amazing Read
This is the first book I have read from this author and I truly couldn't put it down. I read it in one day. I loved it and gobbled it up.
Aria is a strong main female character with good friends and somewhat of tragic past with me. She is gifted a house by her grandfather and finds it to be haunted. With the help of her wonderful friends one in person and one on phone calls far away she starts to unravel the mysteries of the house.
Dominic is a sweet and loving man. With a heart of gold and drop dead gorgeous looks. Him and Aria have a whirlwind romance.
His brother Drake is aloof and a mean spirited. He glares at Aria when she sees him at the property and refuses to speak with her.
There is an evilness in the house reaking havoc on Aria and her friend. Strange things happen in the house and to the people in it.
There is danger and Aria maybe the key to saving them.
This was a great read. I was taking on a whirlwind of emotions. I laughed and I cried. This is a very well written book. That will not disapoint ghost story fans or true romantics at heart. There are some very hot and well written sex scenes too from passionate and heavy to sweet and loving. There is definately something for everyone in this book and you don't want to miss it.
I look forward to reading more books from this author.

Hottest ghost ever
I love a good ghost story, and this one is a truly fabulous tale. Two brothers cursed the land, two more brothers died on it because of the blood curse, and now the eldest is angry. He's arrogant, entitled, and completely abuses the gift of having physical control over his victims when they can't even see him to fight back. He's such a rogue he'll either turn you on or make you so angry you want to introduce him to occult eyelash-singeing torture.

But wow, what a love story. Steamy, hot, emotional (I cried). Damn I did you know, (and I had to go out for dinner and hold it together because I didn't want to have to explain why I'd been crying - over a ghost)!

Loved this book. 4.5 stars (not for plot or story line, but my version could use another edit. But definitely a stunning, gripping, *I want more* read.

It's very sexy, and sweet, and they have babies, and she has way cool besties... this is a 100% chick book. Dominic is so scorching I suggest reading this book in winter ;)

The Colonial

InD'Tale Magazine says - "Charlie Daye is a master at writing relationships with passion, love and a bit of sarcasm just to make it entertaining! Her heroes are steamy, sexy and strong, the villains evil to the core and cringe worthy. 'The Colonial' is the second book in the Curse Breaker's Trilogy but does very well standing on its own."

Romantic and Passionate!!
This is the second book in the curse breaker series. It follows The House. This story is about Melissa.

Melissa is a high powered attorney in California. She is a strong and caring woman. She has decided to see her practice and move back east. Her best friend's husband gives her a house to live in that has been in the family for hundreds of years. She starts a practice of family law out of the home office. She does divorces and wills for the people in the town. Things change dramatically for her when she takes in a client named Elise. Elise's husband is a thug. He beats her and when people cross him they come up missing.
Melissa refuses to back down from him and things for her go from bad to worse.

Aiden is a cop in the town that Melissa moves too. He is a vampire who has waited 150 years for his love's soul to be reborn again in his lifetime. Aiden save's Melissa from the goons attack. What happens next is a whirlwind romance that is made for the ages.

There are witches and propheies that must be contended with. There are stubborn woman who need protected and feel the need to protect other's at all costs.
This book is full of hot sex and passion. The love that these couples have nothing can stop.. Not death, not thugs and certainly not a prophecy.
Can true love win out over death and fear? Can the love of a woman save a man from the curse of the vampire?
Read The Colonial and find out. You will not be disappointed. There is drama, there is love, there are villians and there are true romantic heros.
Charlie has written and excellent second book in this series. I could not put it down and am looking forward to the next book.

The twists just keep on getting better!
You know, this author keeps surprising me more and more. There is something about taking what is common, in this case vampires, and turning it into a sensual and sexy new kinky beast. The Colonial is a great sequel to this series and I can't wait to see what Ms. Daye has up her sleeve next!

The Reservation

Loved it!!
I have enjoyed this entire series. The way Ms. Daye creates her worlds are so different and refreshing that I can't help but forget the world around me while I read.

This book was given to me as an ARC to review and honestly, as great as it was, I would and will most likely purchase a copy. I just love this series, especially this story so much, that I want to have a copy in my collection to read and read again.

I recommend this book to any I come across as well as the rest in the series. They're all that great.

Fabulous ending to the series!
This book was great from beginning to end. At no time was I bored or waiting for the story to move on, it had my attention the entire time. I loved reading about Amy's story. I love how Aria and Melissa were there with Amy. I also enjoyed finding out how Aria and Melissa were doing as well. I almost wish there was going to be another book in the series now. Maybe there will be, however I won't tell why I think that. You'll have to read the book and find out for yourself!! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

The Gypsy's Dance

InD'Tale Magazine says - "Charlie Daye is the quintessential artist of writing riveting characters that stay true to form... This is the first book in the Hunter's Series, and as the last page turns, it leaves one yearning for the next book!"

I want to live a Gypsy LIfe.
Can I be the next Hunter wife? Again, I have been drawn into the life and want to transport myself into one of Charlies books. I love each character and love how each family loves their children wether they are human or immortal. Transport me....

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! A must read!
I really have a hard time getting into a lot of books. However, I was hooked from the get go. Reading the story of Oralia, my heart sank to my toes, it broke, it cried, and feared. I faced so many emotions while reading. I was so engrossed in this book that I literally felt like I was a part of it! That was a fabulous read and I look forward to reading more!

The Portrait

The Portrait (Novella Portrait Series)
This review is from: The Portrait (Novella Portrait Series) (Kindle Edition)
Anika and her best friend own an antique shop. Anika loves to go to flea markets and yard sales to purchase antiques for her shop. At one of the yard sales she goes to a lady gives her a portrait that turns out to be magic. Anika is in for a lot of surprises and Charlie Daye knows how to deliver them. Ms. Daye is a great author and i really enjoy reading all her books.Thank you Charlie for another great read.

Can't wait to read next book!!!! Thanks to the wonderful Charlie Daye.

Charlie has a way of making you feel the the lead character. I could feel the eyes of the portrait following the lead. I have read all of Charlie's books and feel like I can fit right in with each one. I can live in the 1800's big dresses and all. Thanks Charlie and can't wait for the next.
